Lead Times
By default we do NOT part ship orders. If your basket includes an item with a ‘Lead time’ then your entire order will be despatched at the longest date. To avoid this please manually split your order.

Next Working Day Delivery - UK Mainland
For Next working day delivery you must order before 2pm and the items must be in-stock.
If your order includes an item with an extended lead time or an item that is sent directly from one of our suppliers then it will usually arrive the next working day following the date of despatch.

We would advise that you do not schedule any trades people in anticipation of your order arriving on a suggested date as we cannot guarantee delivery dates. We're proud that 99% of orders do arrive on time, but the next working day services are not guaranteed by any courier. Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds on late deliveries.
